FIVE STAR SUPER SERVICE!!! Our new roof looks AWESOME. I cannot say enough great things about First Choice Roofing of Cary, NC and the owner, Ethan Morris. They did a Free Inspection. Ethan and I talked to my Insurance Company. Ethan provided all the Technical Information and was on the phone with me. My Insurance Company came out and Inspected the roof. Ethan and his team were there to help point out the problem areas (Wind Damage). My insurance company agreed that the roof needed replacing. My roof is very steep and complicated. Ethan's team worked exceptionally hard and fast and did a Fantastic job in replacing our roof in 2 1/2 days; plus every day they cleaned up the work area and left no mess. Ethan's knowledge of roofing and his ability to explain the technical aspects in layman's terms is outstanding. Ethan did everything he said his company would do and there were no issues. I would recommend Ethan's company to everyone.

Great company, very professional. Was impressed on how as soon as they arrived they moved all lose items and protected all the plants and shrubs. All throughout the day they were cleaning and checking for lose nails and any other debris. The project manager was onsite to answer all questions and supervise. I had First Choice roofing look at an issue with my 2nd story 8/12 Pitch roof. Ethan was very responsive and professional, always. I knew he was busy at the time, but he and his company made me feel like I was the only job going on. I had the work done in Nov 19 had to replace 1 sheet of plywood and shingles. He was able to easily match the roofing style and color and had the job completed in less than 4 Hours to include the clean-up. They supported us through the claim with our insurance company by meeting with the insurance inspector and following up with the many details, making it easy for us. Removal of the old roof and installation of the new roof took only about two days and was done with the least amount of disruption to us. The clean-up crew was marvelous, and the yard and grounds were back to normal very quickly.
